Our Romeo has new look!
April 20, 2012 in New Products

Opensource hardware is evolving on both functions and appearance. Our romeo and DFRduino mega 2560 is becoming more colorful.
The coolest thing about our new DFRduino microcontroller and Romeo is that the hearders with different colors are used to feature I/O ports of different types, red for Power Section, blue for Analog I/O, green for Digital I/O. These colors match our sensor cables. This makes it really easy to figure out where to connect sensors.
Other features about new Romeo are:
- Changed the position of ICSP which makes the Romeo compatible with the Ethernet Shield and Xbee Shield without any modification
- Replace FT232R chip with faster 8U2 chip which provides a fast uploading speed.
