SEN0359 with Micropython/Python?

Hello! I recently got an SEN0359 fingerprint reader, but all the libraries for it are made for Arduino (C++), and I have to use it with either an ESP32 speaking Micropython or a Raspberry Pi (Python). Are the libraries available in either of these languages or am I in bad luck?
