DFR0494 can it be used to power off Raspberry Pi when there is power failure?

Hi. I want to buy your DFR0494 so that when a power failure is detected, a signal could be sent to the Raspberry Pi so I can power down properly. Is there any way to do this? If so, would you have the code that can do this?
