Need Troubleshooting Advice for Easy IoT Implementation

Hello,

I am currently working on an IoT project using the Easy IoT platform and have encountered some challenges during the implementation. Despite going through the documentation, I find myself stuck at to transmit and receive data, IoT devices need a network connection. Lose the connection, and you lose the device’s capabilities. 

If anyone in the community has experience with troubleshooting Easy IoT setups, I would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance you can offer.
