What Maqueen Plus battery?

I have just ordered my Maqueen Plus and want to get a battery so it's ready.
I'm aware I need an 18650 (just one?) but there seem to be various options. Should it be a flat top or button top?
Also is the mAh value of 2300-2500 key? There are plenty of random brands with fake mAh values on Amazon/eBay, so what can I rely on? Anyone recommend any trustworthy suppliers in the UK?

2021-02-19 21:06:40 My Maqueen plus just arrived and I figured it out the hard way... DO NOT buy the button top version of the 18650 batteries - they DO NOT FIT!! Flat top (both ends) only work. How hard would it be for the manufacturer to have added this info to their instructions??? petenealley

I am also looking for a battery, Our team just purchased a Maqueen Plus, and many of the batteries we have do not fit. Can someone recommend a battery that is trustworthy and protected that will fit in the battery holder? We are in the US. The only ones we have that will fit are not protected. jrothritchie

I'm happy to pay a premium for Panasonic/Sony etc from a trustworthy supplier so I suppose the more important questions are the ones about the type of top (are both ok?) and mAh (presumably the higher the better if it can be trusted?) martin
