Unable to get the DFRobot OpenWRT (21.02.0) image to download?

Anyone else having this problem?

I can DNS resolve it fine, traceroutes die somewhere out in the ether for me (maybe AT&T's edge?).
Just curious if I am the one who drew the short straw?
