Sleep Mode

The FireBeetle 8266 module shuts down the power for the USB serial chip when running on battery, which is optimal for bringing the current consumption down when in sleep mode. I noticed on the schematics that for the FireBeetle ESP32 this feature has been removed. I don't see any other measure which cuts the power for the USB serial chip. Is that intentional or is there an error on the schematic? I don't see how the power can be reduced to the claimed 10 µA when the CH340 continues to draw at least 90 µA.
