LED Blinking Uses Arduino

Recently I got an idea from simple arduino projects (code source from https://www.kynix.com/Blog/Arduino-Comp ... mples.html) and learn something about led lighting from . well, this is my thought: I need to toggle between 2 led for example led 13 and led 11,
I need led 13 blink for 30 minute and led 11 off, and then led 11 blink for 30 minute and led 13 off.
Any thoughts on it? Sound like it could work? Thank you in advance.
