is mind+ up to date enough to be able to program something for use with the bluno beetle ble? if so, which object would i use in it?

You can use normal electronics with Mind+, coding and uploading to the Arduino to learn it, you can find the software here: https://github.com/DFRobot/Mindplus-Desktop
