SEN0192 Sensor Speed

I have SEN0192 microWave sensor and I want to measure speed with it. Have u any idea how to do that with SEN0192?
Also when I set the sensors range to the maximum I start to read signals like PWM, is it normal or is there a problem with the sensor?
