Problems with wireless programming modules

Hello.
I bought a 2WD MiniQ robot kit and following the suggestion you were doing on the page, to program it wirelessly'm using a pair of WPM. The problem is that when trying to load a program into the robot, the WPM not able to synchronize. I get the following error: "avrdude: stk500_getsync (): not in sync: resp = 0x00".
I followed the steps to configure the modules, and both have the same settings and still not synchronized.
The settings for both modules is:
Arduino Duemilanove or nano w/atmega328
Baud Rate: 57600
Timeout: 20
Air Rate: 250k
Frequency: 40
Module ID: 192.168.1.1.1
I tried several programs and does not work with either. However I can load with the cable, without connecting the WPM.

Glad to hear that. I've updated the description for miniQ 2wd also to make it clearer how to use WPM on miniQ. :D

It was exactly that.
Thank you very much, I've finally gotten it to work.

2013-02-05 12:53:44 Wooo.....Rover, It seems that you didn't plugin the wireless programming module on the MiniQ 2WD in the right way. Please try to remove the xbee adapter v2 and directly plugin the WPM on xbee socket of the MiniQ 2WD.
If you can config the modules properly, it should work fine! Please try it again.
Look forward to your reply!

Lauren

2013-02-05 04:30:54 Yes, I followed the tutorial that comes on page robot to program, which is in German, and I configured as recommended. I have also configured the components with the configuration software that comes on the website of the WPM.
In the first two pictures you can see how I set the chip, with the right data and the pin mode to on. WPM Both are configured the same way, with the same data.

The following photos show how the modules are connected and the response when trying to load the program.

1. Can you config the wireless programming module properly with the software we attached in the product page?
2. I think the bootloader should be arduino Duemilanove atmega328 as you chosen. The main problem I think should be caused by the WPMs.
I will try to figure out the problem, if possbile, please post some related pictures of your hardware connection and the software response.
Look forward to your reply! Thanks!

Lauren

2013-02-04 01:15:23 Well. I've been looking for other controllers, other Arduinos, in my university lab and have found none.
I bought three MiniQ 2WD robots, and wireless communication modules to Arduino do not work with any of the three.
What I find most strange is that not work with robots, where in the purchase page itself recommending these modules for wireless communication. The only thing I can think of is that I did not select right the controller.

2013-01-30 12:25:04 Hi rover,
Did you try to use the WPMs to program the Arduino UNO? Do they work properly for other microcontrollers?
