Laser keyboard kit

Greetings- I am not sure where this post will go, so postmaster, feel free to move it to the proper place. I recently assembled a laser projection keyboard from the DFRobot kit. Mechanically, it went together rather easily. I am running into problems with the software that goes beyond the programmers inability to spell (Keyborad? Calibrarion?) Specifically, on a Mac Pro running OSX v7.5, the software quits as soon as the camera is selected. (I can send you screenshots, but I don't think they would be helpful.) This doesn't happen on the MacBook Air running 10.9.1. I really need the keyboard for the desktop machine, and the description on your website states that it is okay with 10.7 or above. Can anyone help me with this issue, as I can't begin to calibrate the thing until I can get it running. On another note, there is no "ABOUT ... " menu choice, so it's hard to tell from within the program what version I'm using. (From getInfo, it's V1.0.) There is a button (an arrow actually) in the program that an update is available, but it doesn't download when I push the button. Also the <cmd+Q> doesn't quit the program. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me, -M^2

Have you tried to download the software again? Perhaps the new download link will give you the latest 1.1 version instead of the v1 that you seem to have.
