The third party INF does not contain digitial signature information - so it doesn't install. Says contact the supplier!
You need to sign the driver - something like that.

Leff 2015-02-14 23:37:52 Actually I have just found a solution which is rather convoluted. You need to get the Win 8.1 computer to disregards signed drivers. You need to disable driver signature enforcement by re-booting the PC into a special diagnostic mode.
