Problems about pH sensor and DO sensor

Hi, I bought a set of sensor and MCU Board recently.
Here are two problems I need help.
1. SKU: SEN0161, Gravity: Analog pH Sensor / Meter Kit For Arduino
I'm using the sample code from the wiki.
When I put the probe into pH=7 standard solution during the calibration, the initial reading is more than 8, around 8.2, which means the offset setting need to be -1.2. Is that normal? And due to this large offset, the action of putting the probe into pH=4 solution and adjust the gain potential device cannot calibrate the sensor well.
Is there something wrong with the probe? Should I change a new probe?
2. SKU: SEN0237-A, Gravity: Analog Dissolved Oxygen Sensor / Meter Kit For Arduino
Same, using the sample code from the wiki.
After uploading the code and fill the solution, whatever what kind of solution I put the probe in, the readings are always 0.00mg/L or -0.00mg/L. Since I have another meter can connect with BNC, there is a reading.
So, I don't know if there is something wrong with the code or the ADC board is not good.
Thanks, and please respond ASAP.

2021-09-27 12:36:12 Hallo everyone. I have a problem with my ph sensor SEN0169. Anyone could help me?
The problem is when I put the probe into the dark water reservoir and have a water flowing continuously, the sensor couldnt get the number of PH. But when I pull out the probe and put in again the probe to another bucket, it could get the number of PH. Where is the mistake?
Thank you

2019-04-01 13:29:04 Hello wzhihan 420. How did you manage to connect your DO sensor to MCU ? If you have a schematic diagram, please spare me . Thank you and best regards.

2019-01-19 01:27:44 Thanks for replying, the pH sensor is V1, and when I short the BNC connector of ADC, the output is Voltage is 2 and pH is 7.00.

2019-01-15 11:19:16 Did you use SEN0161 V1 or V2? what if you just short the BNC connector of the ADC and is the output be 7?
