Hi,

I work for a laboratory that builds educational robots, and we are currently using the DFRobot Romeo as the main microcontroller for one of our robotics applications. It has a lot of good features, but the screw terminals for the motor power input are of concern to us.

Because many of our customers are run classrooms full of children, it would be great if we removed the possibility of a reverse wire hook up on this particular input. The H-bridges are easy to burn out, and we fear that this particular feature is very error prone.

Is this something you have considered? It would be similar to the implementation on the Arduino boards, where there is zero room for error.

Thanks for your query which let us aware of this problem!

As in the email I replied to you, could you share with me the replacement terminals, a link or a picture would all great!
