IRrecv Demo Error - Arduino Starter Kit

There is no file or directory on this IRrecv demo. I followed their instructions to downloaded the rar files and unzip it and put it on the Arduino library. But it’s still not working. Anyone know how to solve it? I appreciate your helping.
