Wifi Shield V2.2 - [ERROR]

I am trying out the V2.2 Wifi Shield with an Arduino Due.
I am going through the Wiki to get initial communication however in the serial monitor, I receive an [ERROR] message and it doesn't accept any AT commands. What could this be?
EDIT: Works just fine with Arduino Uno. Is 3V3 logic a problem with this board?

It seems that this shield is not compatible with due, only uno type boards. Sorry for the inconvenience!
