Arduino NFC Module (SKU:DFR0231) not reading tags

Hello all
I just bought the Arduino NFC Module and it works great with the tag it came with but it doesn't recognize at all any of my NFC Whiztags (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FS4 ... _i=desktop) anyone knows how can I fix that?

2016-02-03 23:40:53 Hi Affonso again,
I found I made a msitake that last time I searched NTAG213 which is compatible with our module, but today I noticed that sentence is " Almost 300% more memory than regular NTAG213 NFC tags."
And then I searched Topaz 512, but didn't find any datasheet about it. Maybe it's just not compatible.
Leff

Hope you guys can find the answer!

2016-01-27 05:30:02 Hi Affonso,
It should be compatible with the tag you mentioned(thanks for the link you provided. ), as I found online that :
NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216 (from now on, generally called
NTAG21x) are designed to fully comply to NFC Forum Type 2 Tag (Ref. 2) and
ISO/IEC14443 Type A (Ref. 1) specifications
And the NFC Module for Arduino also supports ISO 14443A/MIFARE.
I think we will buy the similar tag to have a test.

Thanks for your post. This is a cool idea!
I've passed it on to the tech support team and we will post in this thread if we find anything
