DLP prints are somewhat sticky

Hello guys,
I'm new to 3d printing and it's really fun but the prints are kind of "sticky".
I'm using a photon from anycubic and their eco resin, it works fine. When the prints are done, I'm letting them "dry" a little and then washing them with a toothbrush and ethanol as recommended but they are still kind of sticky.
I don't really know what to do to get them really clean. I've tried water and soap before or after the ethanol, it's still the same.
What kind of solvant do you use to wash your prints ?
