Hello,

after having sent the command 7E FF 06 03 00 00 01 FF E6 EF to the player it responds with "7E FF 06 40 00 00 04 FE B7 EF". Unfortunately, this "04" at the seventh position is not described in the datasheet. Does anybody know what it means?

Best Regards

Klaus

i think it is a random number, for this byte is Query low data byte , but your command 7E FF 06 03 00 00 01 FF E6 EF ,the NO.4 is "00", i.e. no feedback. What's more, the return data is 7E FF 06 40 00 00 04 FE B7 EF, 0x40 means Returns an error, request retransmission . So you can omit it.
