iphone app not working

I'm testing my Bluno and accessory shield. All inputs from the sketch work fine. But the shield does not respond to the App inputs at all. The App detects the board, (although the App comes back with BlunoV1.8 and the board has printed on it BlunoV2.0) Also when I tap on the device details so it returns to the user interface it is unresponsive, if I go back to the search screen the device has disappeared from the list, and can not be detected again unless I quit the app and restart it
Any thoughts?
