Arduino Mega - SIM7000E Shield - Nextion Display

I am trying to develop a proyect connecting SIM7000E and Nextion display to Arduino Mega. Do I need any kind of adapter for plugging Sim7000E to Arduino Mega? May I connect both shields all together or do I need to connect both as a standalone breakout?
