xbee speech synthesizer trouble: please assist

I have some code now, but how do I connect the module? Do I need to order a shield to attach it? What pins need to go to where on the arduino?

I checked the link you provided and find the module only can synthetic Chinese text and English letters, cant synthetic English text. I would like to suggest you choose another module to integrate into your robot:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&search=DFR0273&description=true&product_id=1086', '', ' class="postlink"')
Please refer to the above link, there are some info at the bottom of the website page, try to download them.
