RTKLIB in Lattepanda

I have problem to run strsvr (Basestation) for RTK i my Lattepanda.
Is the processor to weak to run STRSVR with RTCM3 conversion?
Anyone that have tested?
I can run STRSVR in my laptop but can not run it in Lattepanda.
Please let me know.

Sorry, I am not very clear about the STRSVR, It does not belong to quality problems. Wendy.Hu
