expansion shield V7.1 does not work

Hello,
When I connect my DFRobot I/O expansion shield V7.1 to the DFRuino Uno V3.0 (powered with the USB cable) the led of the main board switch off and the shield board is not powered. Also in that case I cannot find anymore the Arduino board in my directory . I guess there is something wrong with the hardware of the shield board, but just in case is it something you have already faced ?
Thanks for your help,

It seems that the power of your Expansion shield is shorted. Would you mind removing all the connection on the shield and checking whether the jumper on the shield is in the right place?
If it does not help, please send an email tomake_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_EMAIL, ' ', '[email protected]', '', '') with picture of the product and your transaction ID included.

2016-12-05 09:57:49 Hello,
When I connect the Uno board, the red and green led are switched on. When I connect the sensor shield, the 2 leds from the UNO board switch off, reason why I suspect the shield board. Please could you ship me one again.
(When I connect the L293 motor shield, the leds from the UNO remain lighted).
Thanks,
François V.

2016-11-03 01:27:40 Hi Sir,
Is there a serial port on the device manager? Did you try to plug the shield to the other board? Still same problem? There is no LED indicator on the shield. And did you connect two dupaunt cable to the 5v and GND pin to measure the voltage to make sure the board is powered? If its powered, the voltage should be 5V. If there is no voltage, maybe the uno is a defective one.
