DSS-M15S + Pan Tilt kit

Is it possible to use the DSS-M15S 270 degree servos (SKU:SER0038) with the Pan and Tilt Kit (SKU:FIT0004). ?. I want > 180 degree rotation along both axes. Will the servos fit and are there any mechanical obstacles ?.
Also the mechanical specification link of DSS-M15S mentions a limit angle of 180 degrees which is a bit confusing. Is that a typo ?.
