GPS/GPRS/GSM Module V3.0 and Arduino Mega 2560

I'm trying to use the GPS/GPRS/GSM Module V3.0 with an Arduino (sainsmart) mega 2560. I'm using coolterm as explain in the wiki tuto but I get no answer. My configuration is: S2=USB and S1=prog and UART=GSM. In addition I've plugged a power supply to my Mega.
Could you help on this issue?

2017-02-06 03:43:57 I've found the root cause of my issue, it was due to a serial conflict. If you follow very precisely the tuto, it works fine. Everything is working fine now with the Arduino. I'm now able to interact with the module V3.0. I'm now struggling with the carrier. fleury.loic
