Can't upload any sketches on my Bluno M3 v 2.2

Hi, I juste purchased a Bluno M3 v.2.2 but everytime I try to upload a sketch I get the following error:
serial_read1byte had problem, exiting
: No error
WARNING: trycount in serial_read1byte = 2
WARNING: trycount in serial_read1byte = 3
WARNING: trycount in serial_read1byte = 4
I intalles the required IDE and driver, I read someone saying that it may not be compatible with windows 8.1 is that true ?

We have confirmed the problem, which is a compatibility issues. Since we have released the new version Bluno M3-V2.2, the programming environment is different with V2.1, please refer to this link to try again:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/Bluno_M3_V2.2_Software_Development_Environment', '', ' class="postlink"')

Sorry, I also have no idea about the error, it seems you should be able to upload code properly, right? If so, it should be no problem. And I think its no relationship with the system, which should be ok. I have give a feedback to our software team, any update I will let you know.
