newbie - unable to start with FBeetle - ESP32

It came on time, installed Arduino IDE, Followed to install the FireBeetle.INF driver in windows, also ESP32 in IDE. Strange, port option is still disabled and when i run any program, it says "serial port not selected". Hope start up should have been much easier. Searched in google, hit the brick wall. I am not able to uninstall the driver either.
tried to install driver listed in Arduino link, nothing happening.
What should i do? pls give me some guidance or share topics already discussed. I doubt anyone had smooth journey with DF devices.
