pH METER SEN0161 V1.1

We have used the code given under SEN0161 V1.1, code is not working. We have a similar pH meter which is E201 BNC. WE also have a standard solution of pH 7, 4 and 10 for calibration. However the pH is not being recognized and we are getting huge values like 14 for 7. We even tried tuning the rheostat. That didn't help. Could you please help us? thanks in advance
