SEN0189 Turbidity Sensor Digital output

I am trying to operate this sensor with the digital configuration, I can see the digital output but I need to know the line coding and protocol used to interpret these bits to a useful data.

In the digital mode of SEN0189, the outputs of the model are only 0 and 1, and the threshold is adjustable, so it can not convert to a data in digital mode robert.chen

The analog value SEN0189 read can be convert to a voltage according to the equation: voltage = sensorvalue*(5.0/1024.0), and the relationship between the turbidity and voltage is shown on the wiki website robert.chen
