Bluno external aerial required

Is there any way to connect an external aerial? Cut track and solder?
If so, suggestion on aerial, connecting wire, distance between aerial and Bluno.
I am looking at a production run of between 5 and 100 units. Any ideas, help or suggestions would be great.
