Cannot communicate with Romeo board anymore

My Romeo board was working fine until today and now I cannot communicate with the board anymore. It is not communicating via UART nor can I upload any new code to it with XLoader. I've tried re-starting my computer and the board as well. My computer recognizes the board but does not actually communicate with it. I was wondering if you may have any ideas of what else I can try. What do you recommend?
