about sim7000 posibilities to speed it with setnetmode and setbaudrate

option1:setnetmode (GPRS) works but device is very slow comparing it with any other IOT wifi device, how is possible to speed it changing setbaudrate(115200) but I see is not supported?
option2 : setnetmode(NB) is not supported in spain
option 3: any other Net possibilities for setnetmode() ? I tested LTE but is not allowed
