Hi - I'm new to Arduino. I'm trying to connect my Beetle BLE v1.1 via Micro-USB. When I plug in the Beetle, Windows displays this message: "USB device not recognized". On top of that, the Arduino IDE menu option to select a port is grayed out. What am I missing here?

2020-10-19 04:24:50 I bought two Beetle BLEs (figuring I would probably damage one during prototyping). I tried the second Beetle (similar production date and version) and this one connects without any issues... just bad luck with the first one? Any way to revive the one that does not connect over USB? userHeadPic bob.janssen
