FlameWheel: links for GoBLE library and Romeo library functions?

I have a flameWheel but had to replace original BLE micro controller since it failed. I have a new Romeo BLE Mini but need the GoBLE, Metro, and Romeo library functions. I found them here (https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to ... Control-R/) but links are disabled. Where can I find the libraries for my new BLE Mini?
