SEN0240 emg sensor reading problem

I recently got SEN0240 emg sensor and run the sample code from dfrobot wiki, but I found that there's no obvious difference between making a fist or relaxing.

I'm using bluno nano and Arduino 1.8.12 IDE.

Can anyone help?
