No 5V on USB Out with Solar Manager Board?

The Li-Po gives power to the 5V out USB, solar cells also help in this when there is enough voltage. Right now I'm not getting any 5V no matter what I do is it possible the board is bad?

2021-01-18 13:50:30 I think you may be mistaken, the 5V here does not mean outputting 5V voltage. It means that the input voltage can be 0-5V, the actual output voltage is about 4.2V 347945801
