SKU:DFR0767 - Raspberry Pi OS Lite - second ETH port

I'm using RPi Compute Module 4 with IoT Router Carrier Board Mini (DFR0767 with two full-speed gigabit network ports).
After booting into Raspberry Pi OS (Lite) I don't have second ETH port available.
Could someone please share necessary configuration to enable it?
Thanks a lot.
P.S.: I know that intended use is with OpenWRT, but I need RPi OS.

2021-08-14 23:04:56 You will need a kernel module called r8169, which is not part of stock Raspberry Pi OS. You have to compile it yourself, but this requires a cross-compiler and is quite fiddly.
Somebody was there before:

The USB port may or may not require a kernel module as well. It is called usb-dwc2.
