Does anyone have any experience with modifying the DRF0793 Bluetooth Amp; I want to remove the buttons and control them using an Arduino instead of using (Digital HIGH/LOW).

Does anyone have experience or advice doing this?

You can modifiy the button with a pull-up resistor, and connect to Arduino digital pin. That should work.
