Question about sim7600CE-T shield

First off I would like to know if it is compatible with US carriers in the west coast like Tmobile and can do voice through them.
Secondly I would like to know the total time it would take to arrive if I ordered from the west coast of the US. I know the shipping says 3-5 days but I wonder if that means immediately after ordering or there is extra time besides that.
Thirdly I would like to know if there are libraries available to work with this shield. I see a couple examples of code but nothing extensive. I previously used a sim 900 with a library and uno to send and receive calls in a manner more complicated than entering in AT codes in the serial monitor and I wanted to know if that was possible here too.
