DFrobot Gravity Conductivity switch

Hello !

I am having issues using the conductivity switch.
https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/ ... U:_SEN0223

Everything was working great on my computer, but at the moment I plug my arduino and the switch with an adaptator, it starts to show eratic values, until it seems to be fully down ...

I use a 12V 1.25A adaptator to run my arduino and, of course, I plug the VCC of the dfrobot module on the 5V pin.

And then it starts showing me, sometimes High value, even when I wasnt touching the switch to close it. After that, it continue to give me High value and it never stops anymore. Like if it was down.

If I plug my arduino back to my computer, not on the 12V anymore, it keeps giving me High value, like forever...whatever I am doing.

Is it really broken ?

Thanks for your help.

Yes my arduino is working great, since the couple arduino + dfrobot module are working, when they are plugged with my computer.
It is just when they are plugged on a 12V adaptator that it is not working.
