dfPlayer mini mp3 player library for Arduino Due ?

I would really like to use the dfPlayer mini mp3 player with my Arduino Due as I am using it in a large robot and am upgrading from a Mega2650. Unfortunately I am getting multiple compilation errors when compiling for the Due. Is there a library that will work with the Due for the dfPlayer mini?

2017-07-18 12:27:17 The compiler errors I get are regarding SoftwareSerial and for the serial buffer. If there is not a library for the Due, would you please assist me to modify the current library to work for the Due? Thank you I really appreciate it.
