Usb 3 hardware issue

Hello,

I have a problem with the USB3 port of my last Lattepanda. The USB3 port is not installed properly and any usb3 device I try, is not recognized...
On the other hand, USB2 works without any problem.
I have 2 Lattepandas more working fine.

Any idea? Is it maybe a phisical error or a drivers error?

Please help. I attached the device manager error.
