[RESOLVED] The screen appeared "Just a moment" for long time

This is Wes from Taiwan, I just received Panda but I'm facing a problem after installation.
After starting up my computer the screen appeared "Just a moment" and stopped at this scene with blue background for very long time, I kept waiting but there was no further instruction.
Could you please tell me the possible reason that cause this problem and how can I deal with it?
