Just a moment/fpc connector

My NEW "lattepanda" does not work.
the first startup screen appears "just a moment" and then goes no further.
I tried to follow the instructions to restore the system but I get an error "0xc0000225"
and finally when I mounted the touch screen is broken connector.
can someone help me?
