My LP is very slow with Windows 10.

First I had issues in booting up the LP and as per other discussion I am able to boot it up now but its very slow. Even I am unable to watch any youtube nor it opens any page correctly using Chrome/ IE. Anyone facing the same issue?

If this sllowness is a generaal problem then I want my money back.
