Stuck on 'Just a moment'

So the startup just gives the 'Just a moment' message and sits there forever on my 4GB board. As per advice in the other post I have tried:
Reinstalling the x64 image - After holding F7 on startup and choosing the USB drive with the downloaded image, it gives me the 'Recovery' blue window which tells me my 'PC needs to be repaired' with an error code of '0xc0000001
Refreshing the BIOS - Tried the 4GB default and auto power BIOS, and they both tell me:
startup.nsh> fs0: (and fs1:)
startup.nsh> afuefi DF-BI-7-S70CR110-C45B-001-C /b /p /n /x
Image type IA32 is not supported by this X64 shell
afuefix64 DF-BI-7-S70CR110-C45B-001-C /b /p /n /x
30 - Error: Problem opening file for reading.
If I hold Shift and F8 on startup I get to a Windows login screen, but it is for 'defaultUser0' and I do not have the password.
