DFR0282 - No interrupt available?

Am I dumb? I cannot figure out how to trigger a pin interrupt because it appears that a pin with interrupt capability isn't broken out? How am I supposed to use this effectively without Interrupts? This makes low power application very difficult to say the least. Is there a work around that I don't know about? Maybe something regarding analog comparator? Yes I realize timer interrupts exist, but they don't really work for what I am trying to do. Does the BLE version of this device support pin interrupts?
