lattepanda in car

I am thinking of putting a latte panda in my dash. I have a 2012 ford edge with a 7-inch touch screen. It looks like it will fit fine. Has anyone done anything like this? How can I hook up the backup camera to it? I want to be able to power on equipment remotely. Aftermarket seat warmers, lights, chargers.

Should I look into having a shield with a power hook up? Anything else I should think of doing?
